·K3120 – New Leaf Search has partnered with a fast growing European vendor finance provider who are looking for a Business Insurance Manager. You will design and develop strategies to support sustainable business growth and develop and implement effective quality assurance, training and process improvement programs across a variety of operations.
Salary: Excellent salary plus benefits and allowances. Location: United Kingdom, Greater London / Surrey (Hybrid)
MAIN TASKS:

Procedure writing and process mapping are essential to the role.

Develop and deliver regular training programs for operational teams and the wider business on key operational systems, processes and controls.

Support operational team leaders with skill matrix creation and operational process training tailored to their teams.

Develop and maintain a complete library of operating procedures that adhere to defined minimum control requirements and address identified operational risks.

Manage regular and ad hoc process reviews and ensure appropriate approval of changes to procedures, ensuring procedures are updated to reflect changing requirements, policy changes, work incidents or changing operational risks.

Maintain approved standard documentation for use with library customers and approved third parties.

Perform monthly quality assurance tests on various operational and change management processes including contract activation, payments, contract termination, schedule change and software release management.

Develop and implement appropriate reporting to demonstrate adherence to service quality and processing accuracy KPIs.

Prepare and present monthly QA results, trend analysis and recommendations to operational teams and the wider business.

Work closely with senior risk and compliance leaders across the enterprise to identify best practices and support operational risk management initiatives.

Strong knowledge of asset finance, complemented by an inquisitive mind and willingness to work with others to overcome challenges.

Experience in implementing quality assurance frameworks, reporting and controls that promote quality services and minimize operational risks.

Excellent attention to detail, able to understand finance contract documentation and a variety of asset finance financial products.

A reliable and hands-on leader capable of leading and effectively serving high-quality teams.

Excellent communication: able to identify issues and communicate them to operational teams and support them with quality improvement measures.

European language(s) is an advantage.
We prefer applicants with proven and relevant experience in the financial services industry; especially in the area of asset financing and leasing.
